Nice Material, Works so great, bought another. Works great, easy to wash on delicate cycle and air dry only. I hung it up on a clothes rack. One spill later and it held up great. We decided to buy a second one to have on hand to easily put the bed back together since we have to air dry the protector. Soft and easy to put on. Allows for deep pockets too. I highly recommend.

It is a little loose because it’s made to fit assorted mattress depths but this is not an issue. Additionally, the waterproof abilities have been unintentionally tested and my mattress is fine.
