Things I like:It propels forward, so I don’t have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces.Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area.Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions.It’s not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners.It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors.Things I didn’t like:Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too.Battery didn’t last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area.It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners.It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn’t work at all. The roller jammed.Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry.I think it’s a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it’s worth the penny.I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can’t touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues.Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

I have been doing research for this type of product for sometime and I am glad to have invested in Narwal S20 Pro.This vacuum mop is one of its kind and has many functional features. It vacuums, mops, dispenses detergent, self-cleans, separates solid dirts, dries its mop, etc. This appliance is easy to setup and use. It is light, quiet and moves effortlessly. The only disadvantage is having a built-in battery, however, its battery is long lasting.Most importantly, it cleanses extremely well. I have 2 cats and Narwal S20 Pro manages to capture most of their fur and tracked cat litter. The solid dirt separator makes it easy to clear the solid dirt and fur. Cleaning and assembling the dirty water tank is easy. The vacuum mop dispenses appropriate amount of water for cleaning and the floor dries quickly.See attached photo of how much dirt the S20 Pro manages to clean from the floor (which I had thought it’s not very dirty to begin with)!

I researched wet/dry vacuums extensively. My priorities were the lay flat function with 2 to 3 sided cleaning capabilities.. I wanted it light weight, and it is one of the lightest available. The sixty minute running time battery is a bonus as well. I wanted a machine that would thoroughly dry the roller so it needed to have either the flash dry function or heated drying. Narwal has a heated drying plate with the extra capability during the cleaning process to dry the tube and filter which I have not found on other products. You also have the option to just clean, just dry or do both. The cleaning button could be bigger and more visible but that is something I can easily overlook. The accessories and cleaning solution are not easily found on the Amazon site which made me hesitant at first to purchase it. However I did eventually find them. The cleaning solution is pricey but apparently concentrated so it should last longer than other brands because with the automatic dispenser, which you have the option to turn off, you are not discarding unused solution. Honestly, this machine has so many added functions that other brands don’t that the list is too long to add here. I absolutely love the product but was disappointed that during the Black Friday and Boxing Day sales it was the only brand that did NOT offer a discount. I noticed there were discounts available before October 31 during my research but I started looking after that unfortunately. All in all I highly recommend this product with all its extra functions and sturdy construction. It cleaned like a dream!

Absolutely Necessary. I love this mop vac, it is a real game changer for me. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a child. All my floors are laminate and this works amazing at keeping the floor clean! I have tried other ways of mopping the floor, but all left them dull and tacky. I do wish that I could find the solution, filters, and rollers on Amazon for a better deal. I have bought replacements directly from the Narwal site. One I first got it, I only had to charge it once to get my 900 sq ft apt cleaned. Now, I don’t have to even charge it and can do the whole apt without having to charge and still having plenty of battery left. It is very easy to maneuver and I love that it can go into “low areas” I can clean under my platform bed without any issues. It has really good suction power, almost too good sometimes. I love that it has different settings though I just keep it on Smart Mode. I do not really see a difference when I use it in just suction mode because the floor still gets wet. The noise level is about the same as a normal vacuum, maybe a little quieter. So far it has help up very well with every day use, multiple times a day. I don’t remember what the recommendation is for filter/roller replacement, but I have already replaced mine once. I do find that even after cleaning the filter and roller brush, that they still hold onto some smells, but I tried to give it a deep clean about once a week. I take everything off and wash it all really well before putting it back together.

Wish it could all day. Great product. Works extremely well at washing tile floors. First time I used this was an eye opener, “black water”. thereafter it has been dirty but reasonable. Battery life is short and takes longer to charge than I’d like. The tanks are always going to be too small when it cleans so well. Washing out is simple and rewarding. Auto self-clean is sweet. Thank you Amazon. When product was offered on sale they refunded the difference.

Better than other top brands. Absolutely awesome! Best mop vacuum I have used so far. Took a lot of research to get out of the common results for this need and Narwal Robotics is precise. The smart cleaning mode senses dirt ahead and on the brush, in the clean water tank and dirty one. So nice. When the brush gets dirty during cleaning I either change with the spare it comes with or just rinse it off and ring out as much water as I can then all good to go more. Turbo mode is my favorite. Honestly, the other brands felt cheap and not as well designed. If you are going to spend a good amount of money on a mop vacuum, I would just invest in this one. Worth every penny, so happy I have a great tool to help me and my back.

Simply amazed. Let me start by saying I have owned a Shark HydroVac and two different style Bissell Crosswaves. All corded except one of the Crosswaves.. The cordless crosswave didn’t last a year and a half before completely dying. They all cleaned okay and did what they were designed to do but after each use I really just felt like it would have been easier to use a mop and bucket. So they all ended up being retired and rarely used. Ran across a review on YouTube of this Narwal and it was praised so much that I just had to try it. I am so GLAD that I did! It’s so easy to use and actually cleans my floors better than with a mop and bucket! It is a night and day difference between this machine and the previous ones I owned. I can definitely say I will be using it every chance I get! If you’re hesitant to buy.. just do it! You won’t be disappointed!

Best Mop/Vacuum for the price out there. I purchased this product after my Tineco S7 Pro broke (Handle on it snapped). I chose this based on a lot of research and reviews over another Tineco. This is very comparable to the Tineco. However, I can clean basically my entire house on one tank of clean water with this one, where the Tineco took me 3-4 tanks, plus the Tineco would say the dirty water tank was full, and it wasn’t, but the sensors would be blocked by pet hair. (Full disclosure, I have 2 dogs, including a Golden retriever, so lots of shedding). The Tineco picks up pet hair better in my opinion, and it suctions it better through the vacuum, where with the Narwall, the pet hair accumulates around the brush cover (doesn’t get tangled in the brush, but bigger clumps don’t get sucked up as well as with the Tineco). Cleaning is about the same… both very straight forward and simple. I do love the cleaning solution tank on the Narwall, where you just fill it and don’t have to worry about it until you add more. That is a very nice feature. Overall, in my opinion, while both are very good, the fact that the Narwall S20 is a couple hundred dollars cheaper, has the brush drying feature with the self clean, I would definitely recommend this product.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it does not suction pet hair as well as the Tineco does, and it gets stuck around the brush cover. It’s easy to clean when you empty the dirty water tank, but would definitely give 5 stars if it sucked the hair up as well as the Tineco S7 Pro does.

Expensive but worth it, the device will tell you what it needs and adjusts itself to your floor needs. I use it on a small one bed one bath apartment and only about 15-20% of the battery is used each run. Love that it cleans itself and the amount of hair and debris it picks up daily makes me feel good (less dirt in our air/home). Great for pets too or spills.
