Great Cam and a Great Price! Packed with features. We purchased the F7N Redtiger camera about 18 months ago and it has now paid for itself 100x over when it provided evidence to the police and insurance that my wife was not the one at fault in an accident that totaled her vehicle and the other party lied to the police. My wife was going to get the ticket after the officer talked to the other party first, but she was able to show the officer the cam video and they reversed course and issued the ticket to the other party. Then the other party lied to their insurance, but after providing the video to their insurance, the adjuster immediately accepted 100% responsibility.Easy to install and with clearly written English instructions. Great suction cup with integrated GPS antenna makes installation a breeze. Cam will slide off mount if you want to hide it while parked without removing the entire mount. Crystal clear video, front at 4k and back at 2k, produce high resolution video where you can read license plates and even identify who was driving another vehicle.Even more importantly, it has a good app that you can use to directly download video from the cam without pulling the card and taking it to a computer. Just in case you are in an accident, you can instantly download the relevant video to your phone and show to Law Enforcement and e-mail to your insurance company. This is hugely important so a ticket can be issued to the at-fault party on scene as my wife did. If you can’t show the officer when writing the report, they may issue the ticket to the wrong party or no one if they can’t figure out who was at fault. If this happens, it’s a long up-hill battle to get the other party’s insurance to pay out and the police will never cancel an incorrectly issued ticket, so it forces you to go to court to defend yourself. If you are in a serious accident (if anyone goes to the hospital, it’s serious), the officer may confiscate the SD card or even the whole camera for evidence. You may not get it back for weeks or even months. Sometimes they get lost an then you have nothing. Have a copy safely on your phone so you can give it to your insurance company and lawyer immediately!Buy the REDTIGER F7N Dash Cam Hardwire Kit to go with it if you want 24/7 monitoring without killing your car battery. Never wonder who backed into you in a parking lot or keyed your car if it happens to you.Some things that set Redtiger apart from the others:They actually have tech support. We had an issue with one camera not liking our SD card and contacted support to see if we had a bum Cam or bad setting as the issue was intermittent. Turns out it was just a faulty card after running a write test on the computer. Not a big issue as SD cards are cheap, but good to know that if you have an issue that Redtiger does support what they sell.Software updates. We’ve owned the F7N for about 18 months and have received software updates to improve functionality. The cam was great when we got it and even better now with new features added.Proof in the pudding:We liked our F7N so much we just bought another Redtiger cam, a F7N Touch, for a new (to us) vehicle and it’s great too.Note: I wasn’t paid for this review nor given a demo unit or anything else. I’m only a satisfied customer that is enjoying the premium quality and features at a great price vs the big-name competitors and their high prices.

A good dash cam with a competitive price. I am very satisfied with this Redtiger N7NP dash cam. After I used it for about a week, I have decided to buy two more for my wife’s and daughter’s cars. Installation is simple as it is a plug-and-play device. This model is connected to the cigarette lighter. After installing the front and rear cameras with the wirings, I inserted the plug into the cigarette light and the cam-recording started immediately without requiring any special procedure and afterward, the camera is ready for custom setting. I use the Manual button and the up and down button on the right side to override the default and set my preferred settings. In this model, power to the camera is always on because it has a Parking feature that continuously records when the car is park and the engine is off. However, it is designed not to drain out the car battery – the camera will automatically shut off when the battery power is down to certain level but is still sufficient to start the engine. However, you can turn on and off the camera manually by push the power button. Overall:The quality of the cameras is good. It was solidly built.The images on the screen are sharp and the screen is bright. Displays of the images can be switched for easy viewing.I connected the dash cam with my phone. I can view the images on my phone but haven’t try other functions. So I cannot comment on it.I need their assistance to set the time zone, which is important because of the timestamp and another technical issue.. I communicated with them by the phone and with emails. My experience was that they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed willing to do their best to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. As a result, my unit works as it is supposed to be.Overall, I believe the product that I bought is a good production and Redtiger is a reliable company.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto avrei preferito pagare qualcosa in meno e non avere la SD da 32 GB che memorizza troppi pochi filmati o pagare qualcosa in più ed avere una scheda SD da 254 GB (il massimo supportato dalla dashcam). Visione sia diurna che notturna veramente eccezionale, anche senza fari a led. Ovviamente la telecamera sul retro effettua filmati più discreti essendo fullHD e si fa fatica ad utilizzare di notte con i fari delle auto in arrivo, ma dipende anche dalla posizione sul retro nella quale viene installata.

Fuera de eso ha sido una excelente herramienta.En ocasiones la ventosa se despega pero es fácil volver a colocarla y dura un buen tiempo sujeta al parabrisas.

A no frills, functional 360 Dashcam. A tremendous little camera system.The setup was easy, running the cabling was as challenging as expected. I drive a 2025 Honda Ridgeline, so it’s possible that it can be done with patience and upper body strength. It took me a little over 30 minutes.You don’t see any cables but in the front, then where the back meets the rear camera.The quality is good, very basic as far as interfaces go. It requires a lot of clicks to get around it’s menus and the app itself is pretty basic too. A click to connect, then there’s a menu for settings and developer info, etc.It’s a functional front and back camera system and definitely worth its current sale price if you bought it June 2025.Grateful! Highly recommend.

Works pretty good for me. Good support team. This camera has worked great for me over the past year. I used it in two minor accidents, which helped me show proof I was not at fault.After a while, the power cord (OBD-II version) started malfunctioning causing the camera to turn on and off randomly. It took me a while to figure out this was the cause. I told Red Tiger and they were able to provide another one. The camera worked perfectly after this. Red Tiger, in my experience, is a good company who is willing to help with their products. They have a good support team.For the specifics of the product, it was a good price I bought on sale for about $130 for the front, rear cameras, and parking kit. The ODB power supply plugs into the ODB-II port under the steering wheel. It’s really easy to set up. This is to record when the car is shut off and parked. The 4K looks really good and clear. The rear camera works well. You can see pretty good at night too. It’s pretty easy to set up too.Overall I’d say this camera works great, and is worth the money. It saved me two out of three times. It may malfunction here and there, but usually can be repaired with replacing something as simple as the power cord or checking the wires. I still use it every day!

There is some glare during peak sunlight and at night, which is completely eliminated when using the CPL filter (highly recommended).Rear Camera Quality – Again, I cannot fault the build or quality of the camera itself; the image is sharp during the day and sufficiently clear at night.
