Bright, glowing, skin and a great company to support. Wonderful Vitamin C serum. I like my products to have less ingredients (although, do note that “less” is NOT always “better). This serum is watery and you only need to use a dime amount to cover the whole face. I was putting it into one palm, pressing my palms together, then pressing it into my face. But I found a better application method is to put a dime sized amount into your palm and use a finger to apply it all around your face and then gently spread it from there. Much better coverage. First night I incorporated this into my skincare regime, my parched, dry skin looked buoyant, glowing, and felt amazingly soft. Do note that with this product I did experience a tiny bit of “burning”, that goes away, and have found NO irritation. I did read somewhere that this sting is common with Vitamin C products and not to worry about it, unless of course you experience skin irritations. Directions state to wait at least 1-2 minutes until applying another product on top, to allow the serum to soak into skin. But I have also read that you should wait 15 minutes. I have tested out both and if you have the time, I would allow it to set for 10-15, but 2 minutes worked fine as well.I am young (24), but had been noticing these fine lines creeping up all over my face (most likely those “I see them but no one else does”). Now, they are relatively gone and I haven’t even been using this product the required 60 days to see improvement.Also! LilyAna Naturals is one of those GEMS you can find on Amazon. A small business with AMAZING customer service. I expressed some questions about their formula (I’m pregnant and need to look into what I put on my body), and Sheryl offered to send me a bottle of their new altered formula at no charge to me. So sweet, responsive, and really looking to satisfy their customer and provide a quality product. Choose this serum above all the cheaper imitators full of fillers and fluff.

5 stars from me (but I skip over 5 star reviews with too many !!!!!!s lol). So my roommate works for Sephora which means she gets a LOT of free stuff from each line. This means I also get to try a LOT of free stuff that I wouldn’t normally buy myself (I’m kinda on the cheap end of the spectrum LOL). Skin care is important to me in general, moreso as I age, but also because I have acne prone skin (even in my thirties). I consider myself to have decent experience since I have tried many things of allllllll items in all price ranges for many moons LOL but I have no authoritative power to back this self assessment hahaReading reviews for skin care is hard. everyone’s skin is different! Things you put on it yourself, Stuff you eat drink inhale etc, everything else that ends up in the mix from all the OTHER external variables… It’s a weirdly delicate balance that differs from person to person. I tried another brand just before this that I wasn’t all that crazy about. I’ve been sort of stalking the ones that are around $20 and under. Honestly, before buying this one I kept skipping over it because for some reason the design on the label just wasn’t jiving with me lol I know, it’s stupid. But the retinol cream label and the lettering just looked kind of hokey to me! In my head it smelled like old ladies or hippies incense oils or something lol (hey – lesson learned!!)I bought it on prime day i think. I couldn’t pass up the deal and seriously am glad I did because I am back for another. I really love it. I use a retinoid and differing gel and sometimes other drying stuff on spots (I probably wash my face too much too oh well) so I have DRY SKIN. I LOVE this serum. It isn’t sticky, it isn’t shiny. It didn’t make me break out. It doesn’t smell weird. It doesn’t sting or dry weird. I wear a lot of face makeup for a long period of time during the day and i love how it wears under my foundation! I seriously was like NOOOOOOO when I realized the dropper was barely reaching the serum and I needed more pronto. Try it. Maybe you’ll hate it but you could also wind up loving it like me haha

Very effective. This is a sample kit so the size of the containers are smaller, but still have an ample amount of product especially the makeup removing balm, the moisturiser and the eye cream. It also has a cleanser and a dropper moisturiser booster. The balm is the shocker in this kit because when I tell you it removes heady duty makeup, I mean it’s the best I’ve seen. It’s applied dry and removes even waterproof makeup in seconds and without irritation on the skin or in the eye area and you don’t need a lot of it to do the job. I’ve since compared it to my Neutrogena makeup removing cleaner and this balm outshines it my far because it removes all the makeup while the Neutrogena leaves residue of makeup like lipstick. The moisturiser is great and leaves my skin feeling so soft. There’s no heavy fragranted scent in these items and their sample size makes them easy to carry around during travel. I honestly am not too sure of the benefit of the dropper booster, but it adds to keeping the skin on my face nice and soft. I’ll definitely be getting more of this product. I definitely recommend it.

Great Gift That Helped My Wife Refresh Her Skin. I bought this skincare set for my wife and she has been really happy with it. Best skincare you can get. Little long but here is my honest reviewOkay I want to start by saying this, before using ELF holy hydration I was not taking care of my skin like I should and to be completely honest I didn’t use any skincare and because of that I had breakouts and blemishes. I made a promise to myself that I would start loving myself enough to start using skincare again and that’s when I came across this. I seen the reviews but wanted to see it all for myself. I read the description and other people’s reviews and knew that the skincare kit wasn’t huge bottles and that they are smaller but a little does go a long way. When they came in it had a step by step process on what to apply first to the very last which is great if you’re like me and not sure. Now with that being said I also purchased a separate product called Salicylic Acid 2% solution because I have Sebaceous filaments and blackheads (thanks to Dr Pimple popper for her knowledge and what to use for it and any acne for that matter) and again know that the Salicylic acid does NOT come with ELF hydration skincare kit. Anywho I followed the step by step process and the last step was applying the Salicylic acid and I’m about 3 weeks in and my skin has NEVER looked better. I had dry flaky skin constantly around my nose and my skin was desperately needing moisture and a glow up and the elf skin care did just that. It went above and beyond on what it said it was going to do. The booster drops that came with it I ended up using the bottle within 2 weeks but that’s probably because I used too much. I really loved the way it felt on my skin and just couldn’t help myself lol It has all lasted me about a month so I say about a month or little longer is about how long the product will last you which is amazing for the price. Prior to this I’ve used soaps, makeup wipes, and other makeup removers and nothing comes remotely close to the melting cleansing bomb and I’m not talking about it takes off blush and foundation, it takes off thick mascara eyeshadow and eye liner with NO problem! It literally melts into your skin and does EXACTLY what it says it does! It takes off the HEAVIEST makeup with NO problem! I’ve used $50 makeup removers and it doesn’t even compare to this! And even though after I rinse my face there’s nothing left over there’s also a daily cleanser and once you wash it off you feel so fresh! I wish I could give this product 10 stars because I definitely would. The face cream, booster drops, and eye cream are also incredible! If you’re looking for affordable skincare that’s definitely going to work I recommend this! And if you want to add some razzle dazzle and need that extra help due to Sebaceous filaments and black heads than I also recommend the Salicylic acid just make sure you follow the instructions and use just once a day starting out and apply a thin layer. Elf has always been a favorite of mine due to it being affordable for us women because truth be told who wants to spend hundreds on products? Not me and because of elf I’ve always been able to get the same thing but much cheaper but with this skincare I’m even a bigger fan.Elf you’ve always had my vote but after using the skincare products I’ll forever be a fan and that will never change! I will let the pictures speak for themselves! I will be buying this product monthly! And have told ALL the ladies about it because I’ve had soooo many compliments on my skin lately! wow. next delivery?! thats almost unheard of in my remote mountain town. amazing!used it 3 times since receiving, and will continue to, daily. i felt a nice subtle ‘tightening’ of skin. little warm tingle. so far so good.it is a little more of a goopy texture.i wish it were in the pumpy like the retinol product, as the dropper itself just gets goopy, and the squeezey effect of the dropper isnt really needed. not an issue, but in terms of practicality i find the dropper isnt really the best format for application.will buy again if my experience continues to be positive 🙂 i will definitely be repurchasing the retinol product– its fantastic! very happy with this brand so far
