It works. I think it’s decent. The media could not be loaded. My first thermal printer so I have nothing to compare it to. I haven’t tried label stickers yet but I tried round stickers. I can’t write 50.8mm x 50.8mm in the custom section for my 2in round stickers so I went with 50mm. It was off centered so I messed around and rotated the image to its side but ultimately figured out in my case that rotating my thank you stickers to be upside down made them more centered and acceptable. I learned to not mess with the “more settings” setting to just leave it in default settings for these 2in round stickers. I thought increasing the DPI to 300 in the settings would make the quality better but it just blew my thank you image out of wack. And I haven’t figured out how to get my printer to stop printing if something goes wrong. Also, my thank you image is not perfect, in the app the image looks like it was compressed and you can see rough edges in the image, but it’s not a deal breaker to me. I’m conflicted and know there’s better out there but feel it might be the most decent thermal printer for price range.

So far it’s awesome! I am pleasantly surprised. Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but gave it a try anyways, and I am glad I did. Connected to Mac super easy, prints super easy, and so far hasn’t had a single issue. very pleased

Not for 30-up labels. If you are searching for a thermal printer that can handle fnsku and shipping label, this is not it. Shipping labels print very good. But for fnsku (if you’re an Amazon seller) there’s no way you can print 30-up labels from desktop. So moving on to their app, they do have option to print 30-up labels. The app offers ‘split’ option and select 30-up labels 1″x2-5/8″ on US Letter. However the app constantly crashes, prints completely pixelated and unreadable images because the image editor doesn’t work properly. Ideally I better have two printers but for now I wanted just one versatile thermal printer that I can quickly move back and forth from 4×6 to 30-up labels. Unfortunately this wasn’t it.Another big notice is that, you don’t want to sign up with your real email just in case…they do not have option to delete your account. I am going to email them to erase my information since I’m returning this..let’s see how they handle my information.

Save time and money with this thermal printer. Used to spend around $60 for printer ink once I ran out, honestly it was a huge hassle. This Nelko thermal printer is a game changer for printing labels. It was fairly easy to setup, all you need is the Nelko app and bluetooth connection! There is an automatic cropping feature so the label is 100% used with no gaps.I no longer have to worry about purchasing ink or paper, as well having to manually trim the paper. Although I still will have to purchase thermal labels but they are fairly cheap. I’ve had this for 2 months with no problems so far. Just do it! You won’t regret it!

Very cool little machine for frequent shippers. This is a cool little device and while a luxury, is really quite nice to have for someone who ships a lot of packages. The machine itself is sleek and small and fits comfortably on a desk without taking too much space. The thermal label prints are fast and easy with the app (it may take some file converting to get a label from your computer or phone to print well, but the amount of effort that goes into that is way less than printing on traditional paper, cutting, and taping). You could use this to print other types of labeling for storage boxes or totes too if you felt compelled. I’m really happy with this from a quality of life and ease of use perspective.

Great for your small business. This is perfect for your at-home small business. We use it weekly to ship out t-shirts and it reliably prints well. It connects quick to your phone too–I have no complaints!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. *Save your money this printer is descent for the price but it has to many hardware issues and bugs and it’s hard to setup but mostly how buggy it is
