I really tried hard not to have any complaints about this product but I do have a few . I purchased this about 4 months ago and the battery life in the winter does not last very long when they say it should last up to 6 months before charging. When someone rings the doorbell there is a delay . Talk back works when it feels like it wants when it wants . I was pleased in the beginning but as time went on I found the cons . I like the look of this product but unfortunately it’s just not doing what it’s intended to do.

Fantastic Doorbell Camera – No Fees, Total Peace of Mind. I recently installed eufy doorbell security camera. From unboxing to setup, everything was smooth and user-friendly. The video quality is outstanding.One of my favorite features is the two-way audio, which allows me to communicate with visitors (or deter unwanted ones) from anywhere via my smartphone. The live feed and recordings are easily accessible through the app, which is intuitive and reliable.One of the biggest advantages is that there’s no monthly subscription required. All recordings are stored locally and are fully accessible through the Eufy app, which is super easy to use. I can review motion-triggered events anytime, anywhere, without worrying about hidden fees or cloud storage costs.It did not come with Micro sdxc Card. I purchased 128GB(the max that you can install).

Beware the model C31 from Eufy. This Model C31 doorbell camera was part of the Eufy system I purchased for complete exterior coverage of my winter home.I charged the battery and installed the Sandisk 128GB class 10 micro-SD card and added it to my system via the excellent Eufy app and after set-up and installing the unit received a received a message “SD card not installed.” I removed the SD card and formatted it on my laptop PC and after reinstalling the SD card received the same message. I double-checked the card and noticed the small metal cradle that secures the card in the correct configuration did not seem to properly align with the SD-card receptacle but managed to install it properly and yet again received the same message, so I called Eufy support. The young woman who answered was hard to hear due to a crying baby in the background, and she kept repeating over the screams from her child that “I probably have an outdated App.” I stated I had downloaded the App that afternoon and was certain it was the most current and told her I could barely hear her over her child, and she hung up on me. How unprofessional. I promptly returned the unit to my local Kohls, drove down the street to Walmart, Bought the Eufy doorbell camera model C30 they had in stock, put the same SD card in it and it works flawlessly. This is the 2nd Eufy system I have purchased recently and the first time I received a faulty product from them. I love Amazon’s excellent return policy (which I have only needed to use a couple of times) and great product returns vendor network.

NEEDED A SOLID, RELIABLE VIDEO CAM – W/NO MONTLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. Spent a good amount hrs setting up and testing all features before installing. Best of all, no monthly sub fee.Good quality camera. I subtracted one star…. I.E. With battery setup, you cannot continuously record, even with micro SD card. Max clips 120 secs in length. Camera placement isn’t in high traffic area, so motion detection and battery testing, etc will be updated. Battery users- must be set on 2GHz.With hard wired, full continuous recording and no battery drainage.Overall, I’m satisfied.
