Perfect Addition 4 A Small Business. The media could not be loaded. When setting up, seems like some of the computer setup is unnecessary. So I stick to printing through my phone with the app, and using the Canva app for edits etc. It’s easy to figure out, just make sure you’re pre editing on Canva to get sizing correct, and get your inches to millimeters calculated correctly before each print. (Just google the conversion).Calibration is easy, but doing so makes it push 2 blank stickers forward, that you’ll have to add back to your sticker roll with tape in order to not waste a few every time you switch sticker sizes, colors, etc.So this is my main complaint. It should calibrate without you having to nearly waste a sticker or 2 every time.I seen people saying they had trouble connecting but to Bluetooth but I’m certain they are just super “un tech savvy” as it’s super easy to do. And I’m sure even a not tech savvy person can figure out with a quick google search or a YouTube video.Overall, I love not having to buy ink 💰,having stickers I can draw up and print out in the same day.It’s useful to make a signature design/logo for your business. Handy for quickly upcoming events and not having to wait on a company to mail them to you.I’m really glad I bought this. ✅

What happened to round label options. I updated the app and now I can’t print on my round labels, which is what i use like 99% of the time. Now there’s no option for it anymore and all of my saved ones are gone. Why would you remove this option?? It was working perfectly fine. 5 star to 2 star, very inconvenient.

Makes Shipping Much More Efficient. Love this little printer. It has really helped with my fulfillment process. Before I would have to use my ink printer then cut the label but this is more cost effective, professional, and saves me so much time!It’s also very compact and I got the light blue color so extra points for it being cute.

Works great but…. I do love this printer, you have to download the app and set it up which wasn’t too hard, probably really easy for people who are more tech savvy, obviously you need WiFi to use, the only thing I don’t like is that the labels are not covered, they have printers where the labels are inside a compartment and I with I got one of those instead only because the labels got caught on something that was next to my printer and the label got caught and stuck to the printer and got out of wack so make sure you have plenty of space around it. But I do love it! I sell stuff on Mercari and it’s great to print from home and know that it won’t fall off

Very difficult to set up – 2 hours and still trying. Very little instructions. Very few images.I have pieces that I don’t know how to use to set up.I have a cable that doesn’t fit anywhere.U disk does not fitSays can go to official web site to get support driver – but doesn’t give the web siteI really need this, but if it takes much longer, I will be returning it.Will update if I am able to use, but still low ranking for overly difficult, unclear set up.
