But it if you have body pains doesn’t work over night bit it worked for me. The best turmeric product I had bad shoulder pains and found a bottle of this a t a friends house she wasn’t taking it so i started using it I don’t believe in miracles or snake oil products but i swear by this product my pain in my shoulders are gone I have been taking it now for well over a year now. I also make turmeric lemon ginger shots.Im sure there will be people it wont work for but i wont buy another turmeric product on amazon

Works like it advertises- anti-inflammatory. My body has issues with inflammation, and always being inflamed due to stress, autoimmune stuff, and occasionally too much alcohol. I love these pills, and definitely notice a feeling in my body when I don’t take them. Great for everyday, and especially when I’m feeling sick or have aches and pains. These pills easily break in half, so you don’t have to worry about swallowing such a big pill if you don’t want to.

Noticeable Difference. These are pretty amazing for inflammation. My doctor did say to be careful about taking them regularly but for a few days for minor inflammation was fine for me (everyone is different of course). They do noticeably help!
